Just say no. Others should have it. Allergic to unknown ingredients You already ate beforehand. Don't be selfish. Let others have it. Donate it to others. Become selfless. Figure out calories. See if you CAN have it/if you should. Remember HALT:
H-Hungry- Are you ACTUALLY hungry? Wait 30 minutes and distract. If nothing helps in an hour, have some fruit or vegs. A- Angry- Are you angry for ANY reason? If so, talk to someone! Blog about it! L- Lonely - Are you REALLY lonely? If so, Talk to someone! Play a video game! T- Tired - Are you SUPER tired? Take a nap! Drink some (black) coffee! |
